Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive an incorrect item, we will replace it with the correct one at no additional cost.
Damaged or Defective Product: If your order arrives damaged due to transit issues, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item.
Quality Issues: If there is a problem with taste or quality, please reach out within 24 hours of receiving the product.
2. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

Incorrect address provided by the customer
Delayed pickup or failure to collect the order on time
Products that have been partially eaten or tampered with
Custom cakes and special orders, as they are made specifically for you
